Beth LaBossiere has a breadth of experience in strategy and operations. She spent five years as a Consultant at Bain & Company, where she undertook various engagements including logistics optimization for a distributor, commercial diligence and market assessment for more than a dozen private equity investment processes, sales and pricing strategy in a commodity environment, and more. Notably, Beth played a crucial role developing new market entry strategy for a multibillion-dollar petrochemical company. Her leadership led to the initiation of acquisition and joint venture discussions. Beth also contributed to an omnichannel profitability strategy for a Club retailer, optimizing profit margins across channels and driving the implementation of new delivery fees.
In addition to her time at Bain & Company, Beth worked in the food and beverage sector at Nobell Foods, crafting a commercialization strategy and building cash flow models for the ag-tech startup, which is funded by top investors such as Andreesen Horowitz. She also worked at Simple Mills, a snack food company based in Chicago, on the investment by Vestar Capital as well as strategic finance projects.
Beth holds an MBA from Harvard University and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
