Patrick Sullivan is a seasoned finance professional with over 13 years of experience in managing finance, accounting, legal, and human resources functions for high-growth operations. As the former Chief Financial Officer of Home Chef from 2016 to 2021, Patrick played a pivotal role in driving the company's remarkable growth. He led the finance team from its inception, establishing all financial procedures and processes and eventually managing a team of 50+ professionals. Under his innovative financial leadership, Home Chef's revenue grew from $10 million to $700 million in just five years. Patrick also played a key role in securing a $40 million Series B funding round with L Catterton and leading a successful $500 million+ exit to Kroger in 2018.

Before his role at Home Chef, Patrick worked as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in financial due diligence. He led due diligence efforts for numerous corporate and private equity clients, evaluating financial statements and providing recommendations for deals valued between $10 million and $2 billion.

Patrick holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Indiana University. 

As Chief Financial Officer at Whetstone Distribution, Pat drives strategic finance decisions and leads the team of accounting and finance professionals across the organization.
