Before his tenure at Animal Supply Company, Don held the positions of President of the Western Region and Senior Vice President for National Supply Chain and Strategy at UNFI from 2012 to 2016. Responsible for two divisions and four functional areas, Don made significant contributions to the company's success through strategic acquisitions, procurement initiatives, and logistics optimization.
Don has also served as CEO and COO of Claridge Foods and CEO and CFO of Sara Lee Retail Coffee and Tea, further adding to his diverse expertise in the food distribution industry.
